With the new season of “Single Ladies” right around the corner, LisaRaye finally sat down with JET Magazine to talk about what’s been going on between her and Stacey Dash. On whether there was a fight with Stacey Dash on the set:
“Yes, there was a disagreement over a scene. And it really wasn’t with me. It was with the director. I think it was about 2 or 3AM and we’d been shooting all damn day. Stacey tried to argue with the director about a line. And I’m like: “Girl, if you don’t say what the director wants you to say.” It wasn’t that serious at first, but it went there.

VH1 Launches New Reality Show “Hollywood Exes”

VH1 is puttin the exes of some of the world’s biggest stars’ exes together for their new reality show “Hollywood Exes.” The cast will include Nicole Murphy (ex wife of Eddie Murphy – 13 years), Jessica Canseco (ex wife of Jose Canseco – 4 years), Sheree Fletcher (ex wife of Will Smith – 3 years), Mayte Garcia (ex wife of Prince – 3 years), and Andrea Kelly (ex wife of R. Kelly – 12 years).

These extraordinarily strong women adjusted to and endured a lot while their ex-spouses won fame and fortune defining pop culture for that moment,” said Jeff Olde, Executive Vice President, Original Programming & Production, VH1. “Now these women must re-invent themselves again, stepping out of the long shadows cast by their famous husbands and supporting each other as they define the next stage of their lives – this time on their own terms.”

The show is set to premiere in summer 2012. To me it’s just another version of “Basketball Wives.” Are you interested?

VH1 Plans To Release A Scripted TLC Bio-Pic

VH1 just announced plans to release a scripted TV movie, which will be based on the evolution of influential female hip hop musicians TLC. The surviving members of the group T-Boz and Chilli both signed on to consult and produce the film. Read on to see what the movie is going to be about and what T-Boz and Chilli think of it inside:

“The gifted trio TLC, which was comprised of Chilli, Watkins and the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes, achieved instant commercial success with their first album, Ooooooohhh… On The TLC Tip in 1991 which sold over 6 million copies worldwide and spawned numerous Top Ten singles. But it was the release of their second album; CrazySexyCool in 1994 that elevated them to superstar status, that album sold over 22 million albums worldwide to date and propelled TLC to become the most successful female group in history. They went on to record Fanmail selling over 10 million albums and 8 Grammy nominations before Lopes’ untimely death in 2002.
Unfortunately, fame and success are often shadowed by pain and heartache and TLC certainly experienced their share. Tionne suffered from sickle-cell disease, Lisa accidently burned down her then-boyfriend and football star Andre Rison’s home in a moment of heated passion.
