TMZ reported earlier that Usher asked the court to delay the custody hearing in light of the death of his stepson and Tameka’s son, Kile.
In the request papers, Usher states that the hearing will cause “unnecessary strain and stress” to both him, Tameka and their two kids. Moreover, he thinks it will give Tameka an unfair advantage, because the court will be sympathizing with a grieving mother and may rule against Usher, which will be unfair to him.

As we already reported, Tameka Raymond’s son and Usher’s stepson, Kyle Glover had an accident earlier in July.
Reportedly, one of the family friends lost control while riding on a jet ski and collided with the inner tube Kyle was in, at Lake Lanier. The injuries were so severe that Kyle was pronounced brain dead two days after the accident.
Needless to say, family and friends were praying for a miracle to happen, unfortunately it didn’t.
Earlier this morning, Kyle was removed from the life support, although Tameka struggled to make the final decision.
It’s such a sad day for them, I can’t even imagine.

Usher’s stepson and Tameka’s 11-year-old son, Kyle has been declared brain dead following a horrible jet ski accident.
Kyle was reportedly struck in the head by a 38-year-old man passing on a jet ski, while Kyle was riding on an inner tube on Lake Lanier in Atlanta.
The boy was taken to a hospital right away, but has not experienced any brain activity since he got into an accident on Friday.
According to TMZ, the doctors declared Kyle brain dead this morning.
Usher is said to have chartered a plane for Tameka who was out of town when the accident happened. Tameka was grateful for such a gesture and also took it to her Facebook to thank everyone who gave her support.

Usher was spotted in Malibu, California as he was enjoying himself in a company of his two kids. The singer has been going through a rough time past few months. Besides the legal battle with his ex-wife Tameka Foster, he also had a crazy stalker case.
Some woman apparently was stalking Usher to the point that he had to call 911 on her when she was sitting by his house all day.
All troubles aside, Usher just relaxed and had fun with his two sons in the park. He even hopped on the swings himself.
