Cars: 2013 Aston Martin Vantage

I don’t know even one person who wouldn’t appreciate Aston Martin. The company recently unveiled new V8 version of 2013 Aston Martin Vantage. The new model replaces the optional six-speed Sportshift automated manual transmission with seven-speed Sportshift one. Also the new braking system has been added to the car.
As for the outside look, the car now looks more sporty and aerodynamic.
And the prices…well, it’s somewhat between $142,000 and $170,000.
Do we love it or what? Jump inside for more visuals.

Will.i.am Unveils His IAMAUTO Futuristic Vehicle.

Sky is not the limit for Will.i.am. The producer, singer and Black Eyed Peas frontman developed his own car that he calls IAMAUTO. According to Will.i.am the vehicle was developed to create jobs in East Lost Angeles. IAMAUTO was built using OEM parts from Chrysler and includes Beats by Dre sound system.

“I’m a big technology freak and a geek and I invested my money in building my own vehicle ’cause I want to bring jobs to the ghetto that I come from. I invested in making a demo to start the Black Eyed Peas, now I want to invest to have a car company in the neighborhood where I come from. [..] It’s sick, it’s really fresh.”

What do you think of Will.i.am’s ride?

Mercedes Nipped Maybach In The Bud?!

Looks like we have Maybach no more. Earlier today Daimier AG announced that Maybach cars will cease production due to poor sales.

“We’ve come to the conclusion that it is better to cut our losses with Maybach than to continue into an uncertain future with a brand that has failed to live up to original sales expectations. Plans are already in place to fill the void left by the axing of the Maybach 57 and 62 with the next-generation S-class, which will be offered in three wheelbase variations and six different body styles, including a top-of-the-range S600 Pullman.”

Maybach was a ride of choice for many celebrities and definitely was a popular car to have in a video. Just think about Jay-Z and Kanye West tearing the car to shreds in their recent video “Otis.”
Or unconditional love that Rick Ross has for Maybach cars and Birdman’s special feelings towards Maybach as well. The price of Maybach was something around $375,250 out of which only 200 were sold last year. While it makes sense that Maybach didn’t meet the expectations of Mercedes so they decided to discontinue the production;   Question is: what car will be rappers’ favorite next?
