So Usher recently made it clear that he is evicting Tameka from his mansion, she is currently living in. And now another trouble with the landlord.
This time it’s not the house, but the place that Tameka has been renting for her small business, called Kangazoom. It’s an indoor play center for the kids.
According to TMZ, Antelope Valley Plaza filed the eviction case against Tameka claiming that she breached the contract by not paying the promised $9,966.67/month. Now she owes them more than $36k in back rent, more than $4k in late charges and around $2k in unpaid taxes. So all together $49,816.18!
Tameka, however, claims that the case should be dismissed, since the landlord was the one who breached the contract, not her.
Meanwhile, Usher already sent Tameka a 60-day notice, informing her that his Georgian mansion is going on the market. And sources say that Tameka is very unhappy about the news, because she has no income of her own and has been financially dependent on Usher since their divorce.
