Christina Milian who was spotted heading to the meeting earlier yesterday, surprised everyone with a launch of a new Halloween cocktail. Dressed like a princess, Christina threw a party to celebrate her HPNOTIQ cocktail launch in Hollywood. The cocktail is a blend of premium French vodka, infused natural fruits, and cognac.
