Raising Kids: Snoop Dogg & Diddy Share Their Ways Of Raising Their Kids

Recently the picture of Snoop Dogg smoking bong with his son hit the internet and, of course, it raised a lot of eyebrows. But according to Snoop, people should take an example from the way he raises his kids, because he let them do anything!

“My kids can do whatever the hell they want,” says Snoop in The Hollywood Reporter. “For me to say otherwise would be hypocritical. A lot of motherf–kers don’t have a relationship with their kids, and that’s when they get on drugs and have suicidal thoughts and drive drunk. Me and my son is mellow. I’m his father, so I wanna show him the proper way because he looks up to me. What better way to get it than from the master?”

In the meantime, Diddy says that he is trying to raise his kids as normal as possible without any celebrity status.

“That’s one of the things that I think that raising my kids – myself and the mothers of my children – we don’t raise them as celebrity children,” he tells Access Hollywood. “We don’t allow taking pictures at their recitals and things like that. We don’t wanna be rude or nothing, but it’s their time, it’s their moment. I’m there to support them as a parent. Justin’s done everything normal. So even the tailgating situation, I just go there as a parent. I tell people like, ‘I’m off today. I’m really here to support my son.’ It’s about my son. I dress in full UCLA garb. I’m fully committed, I’m a full Bruin.”
