Memphitz Filing A Suit Against K.Michelle And VH1

It was a matter of time, I guess. Memphitz Wright decided to file a multi-million suit against his ex K.Michelle, NFGTV Inc, Executive producer of “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” Mona Scott-Young, her company Monami Entertainment and VH1′s parent company Viacom.
The reason of the lawsuit? For publicly defaming his character. And in the lawsuit that will be filed today Memphitz is asking for $1 per viewer per every episode where his character was defamed. So considering that “LAHHA” has around 4 million viewers with 12 episodes as a total and each one of them had K.Michelle mentioning him one way or another…that would be roughly a 48 million dolar lawsuit.

“My family and I have suffered tremendously while VH-1, Monami Ent., and the other companies provided a worldwide platform for K. Michelle to repeatedly assassinate my character,” said Memphitz in a statement. “The filing of this suit is to compensate for the irreparable damage that has been done to my reputation and to deter these companies from doing such future harm to others.”

His legal support claims that the lawsuit is not about the revenge, but about “defending himself and his professional reputation from the malicious false and misleading statements made about him” on the show.

Whoa..more drama now. Now word from K.Michelle yet.
