Just last week Chad Ochocinco was refusing to acknowledge any divorce papers and even got a tatoo of Evelyn’s face on his leg to prove his undying love.
This week things have changed, however, and Chad realized that the divorce is inevitable and granted it to Evelyn on Wednesday. BUT…unlike Evelyn, Chad wants to follow their prenuptial agreement to the T’s. Evelyn in particular asked for Chad to pay her lawyers’ fees, but in the prenup it states that each of the party paying their own fees. So Evelyn will have to pay her lawyers herself.
For Chad troubles are not over yet as he was charged with misdemeanor battery. He pleaded not guilty to the charges but if convicted may face up to one year in jail.

As you probably know Evelyn will apper on a new show “Fix My Life” hosted by the life coach Iyanla Vanzant. The show will premiere this weekend on OWN and in a 2-hour special we will see how Iyanla is fixin Evelyn’s life. According to Oprah, the show will make us change our attitude towards Ev and even like her.

“The people love to hate Evelyn Lozada. I have friends who watch that tape and say, ‘I don’t like her, I don’t like her.’ They come away feeling something different at the end of watching that tape. It’s really what happens. It’s amazing.”
