So more drama with The Jacksons. We already reported yesterday that Katherine Jackson is apparently not missing and all safe and well in the house of her daughter Rebbie in Arizona. The picture of her sitting and playing cards with family members surfaced hours after she was reported missing.
But earlier today, TMZ reports, the police was called to Jacksons family house in Calabasas, California and took a battery report after a family member called in and accused someone inside of a physical assault.
Shortly after this it was reported that Janet, Jermaine and Randy Jackson attempted to take Michael’s kids, Paris, Prince and Blanket so that they can fly them to Arizona. But the security didn’t let them take the kids, the intervention ended up in a total chaos and Jermaine, Janet and Randy were barred from the family house.
Janet claimed that they had all the legal rights to be in the house, but in fact they didn’t. The rental is in the name of MJ’s estate and they were told to leave immediately.
Mind you, Jermaine, Randy and Janet filed a claim to fire the current executors of MJ’s estate, saying they are taking advantage of Katherine Jackson due to her age. According to Michael’s will, his $500m fortune is assigned to his kids, mother and some charity. But MJ’s sibling in their claims, say that the will is fake.
The executors are not sleeping either and already rushed to court to seek the emergency guardianship over MJ’s kids, claiming that Katherine was kidnapped by her own kids:
“The executors of Michael Jackson’s estate will go to court to seek an emergency guardianship of Michael’s 3 kids … alleging that Katherine has been effectively kidnapped by Michael’s siblings and as a result his kids are in danger and without supervision [..]the executors feel responsible for protecting the kids … since the kids are the primary beneficiaries of their father’s estate.”
It sounds like Katherine is completely unaware of what’s been going on behind her back. RadarOnline also reports, that Janet was behind the whole idea of sending her mother to Arizona to rest and she thought separating her from MJ’s children for a little while will be better for Katherine’s health.
Paris Jackson doesn’t know what is going on either as she tweeted again today:
“8 days and counting. something is really off, this isn’t like her at al… i wanna talk directly to my grandmother!!”
So it’s unclear who is looking after the kids since Katherine is not there and why in the world she doesn’t talk to her own grandchildren. I asked this question yesterday and I ask it again..why the kids can’t talk to their granddaughter?!
It’s crazy!
