Congratulations: Meagan Good Gets Engaged To DeVon Franklin

I was surprised, cause I thought Meagan Good was single. Apparently, she was taken for a while now. DeVon Franklin, who is an exec at Sony Pictures Entertainment and a 7th Day Adventist preacher in his free time, met Meagan on the set of “Jumping The Broom.”
The couple has been together since then and he recently proposed to Meagan. She said ‘Yes!’ And why wouldn’t she, since DeVon totally fits her perfect-man-list.
He is a preacher, as a 7th Day Adventist he practices Sabbath on Saturdays, doesn’t eat pork and doesn’t drink.
No word whether the wedding date is already set or not. Congratulations to the beautiful couple!

Rihanna Flaunts Hew New Hairdo, Talks About Plans For World Tour

Rihanna got tired of being blonde and switched her hair to jet black plus changed the haircut a little. I don’t know about you, but in my humble opinion, this chick can rock whatever and it will still look good on her no matter what she does. Rih Rih is still in Tokyo promoting her movie “Battleship.” During the recent press conference she shared her plans on touring the world:
“Tour. We’re going to be going on tour next year. So this year we’re spending out time planning to make sure it’s bigger than anything we’ve done and something more impactful, maybe something different, so my fans can get excited about it. Too early to talk!”

Toni Braxton And Son Diesel Visit Wendy Williams Show

Toni Braxton was a guest at Wendy Williams show today and she brought along her son Diesel. During the chat with Wendy, Toni cleared up rumors about leaving “Braxton Family Values” in a third season, her relationship with Eddie Murphy and new album. Since Toni is a United Nations Ambassador for autism, she also addressed autism and issues that parents have to deal with when they find out their kids are autistic (Toni’s son Diesel is autistic). On whether she will leave “BFV”:
“Well, we are contemplating. It’s so demanding. I love the show, I love being with my sisters and I have an album coming out and I wanna promote it.  We are downsizing, I won’t be completely gone.”

On her new album:
“I’m listening to Prince. He said, ‘Toni, you should do it yourself. Record companies are great, but the new movement is Internet and put it out all digital and you don’t really need them for that,’ so wish me luck. I’m going out on a limb.”
