New Video: Tank – “Next Breath”

Tank releases a video for his latest soulful single “Next Breath” off his fifth studio album “This Is How I Feel.” In his recent interview with Rap-Up, R&B singer said while on the set of the video shoot:
“It’s after the breakup, maybe two months down the line when I’m feeling like I really need this woman.We go behind the scenes into the bedroom, into the house, where this man is basically going through it. He won’t eat, he won’t sleep. He comes up with this idea to honor her he’s going to build a shrine for her. A little bit psychotic, but sometimes we get that way.”

Documentary: “Be Inspired:The Life Of Heavy D.”

Centric TV aired their documentary special “Be Inspired: The Life Of Heavy D” this past Monday. The movie covers the life and legacy of late rapper Dwight Arrington Myers a.k.a. Heavy D. The documentary also includes interviews from those who were close to Heavy D including his family and close friends, Big Daddy Kane, Will Smith, Queen Latifah, Mary J Blige and more. Rolling Stone Cover: Whitney Houston “The Diva And Her Dark Side.”

Whitney Houston made March 2012 Rolling Stone cover posthumously. Titled “The Dive and Her Dark Side,” the article tells late great singer’s story from the very beginning, analyzing what went wrong. You can read the excerpt on Rolling Stone’s official website and pick up the issue with the full story on March 2nd when it hits the stands.
It’s just sad how magazines are putting Whitney on the cover now when she’s no longer with us..oh well, that’s the media industry for you.
