Flow or Blow: Angela Simmons Casual Look

Angela Simmon kept it very simple and casual while running the errands in Beverly Hills earlier this morning. Word is she is seriously thinking about purchasing a horse for herself since she’s been learning how to ride a horse for a while and enjoy this a lot.
But back to what she’s wearing, first of all I love these boots. For rainy NYC weather they look like a perfect catch to me. The tight leggings look really good too. But do I like the whole look overall? I don’t think so. Too many things are going on here. But yeah I’d definitely snatch those boots. What do you think of the casual look like that? Would you run your errands in it?
