Usher’s mom probably sitting there thinking ‘Didn’t I tell you to stay away from her.’ And it ones again proves that mothers always right. Tameka Raymond, Usher’s ex wife, now threatens him to take away the shared custody from Usher. She claims that he constantly blows off his legal obligations, which were stated in their co-parenting agreement. For instance, Tameka says Usher failed to obtain her permission to travel with kids outside the states which he is legally obligated to…but the list goes on:
Tameka also claims Usher is required and has failed to:
-- get her approval before hiring nannies
— give her first shot to watch the kids when he’s away for more than 8 hours
— allow her to take the kids for 2-weeks in the summer of 2011
— let her have custody of the kids during Christmas break 2010
But wait..hold on, there’s MORE. This one is a killer. Tameka also claims that Usher closed her Saks 5th Avenue credit card, which he specifically said he wouldn’t do. And now she can’t take any advantage of “special benefits” the card offers. I wouldn’t be surprised if that alone made her furious and file the court papers. Though she says that the card was used only for Business purposes and not for her personal luxuries:

“Haha I love how this guy manages to always be the victim,” – Tameka says on her twitter. “So masterful. It’s amazing. The headline is a lie, also it’s negative because it only tells a morsel.”

According to the docs, Tameka also claims that Usher agreed to pay her $5,000 a month so that she can hire her own nanny for the kids, but Usher didn’t do that either. Now he owes her $34,000 in payment.
And to top all that, Tameka also says since Usher has some major change in the income, he should be paying her more in child support. Boom. That woman is no joke, for real.
