Alicia Keys Covers Glamour Alongside Jennifer Aniston And Demi Moore

As we recently reported, Alicia Keys along with four other famous females joined their forces to create the movie “Five” that tells a story of women with breast cancer. The new issue of Glamour Magazine, which hits the newsstands in October, will have Alicia Keys on the cover page alongside Demi Moore and Jennifer Aniston. Ladies gave the short interviews mainly talking about their project and inspirations. Peep the excerpts from Alicia Keys interview below:

On her Five film “Lili”:
“After I read the scripts, I felt like this was something important, and I wanted to be a part of it. I chose Lili because she’s close to my age and I understood the family dynamic. I had an immediate idea of what I could bring to it.”

On her organization Keep A Child Alive:
“It’s my organization that I founded with a brilliant woman, Leigh Blake. I was asked to go to Africa for an AIDS-awareness trip when I was about 20 or 21, and the thing that struck me the most was that here we have teenagers going through teenage things, like “Is that boy going to like me?” But there it was “Is that boy going to like me now that he knows my mother died of AIDS? Did Lil Wayne Wear Women’s Pants At VMA’s? + “Tha Carter IV” Estimated To Sell A Record Amount.

Tight leopard jeans became the talk of the town when Lil Wayne rocked them during his performance at VMA’s. And let’s be honest, they looked like a fashion disaster. More than that, Lil Wayne wasn’t supposed to wear them in the first place as they are originally made for women by punk rockers brand Tripp NYC. The company confirmed on their Facebook page that Weezy was wearing their Bleach Leopard Women Pants during VMA‘s. Hmmmmmmmm…

In a relative news, Lil Wayne’s highly-anticipated album that went on sale yesterday, has already estimated to sell 700,000-850,000 copies in it’s first week only. If this is so then “Tha Carter IV” will beat Janye’s “Watch The Throne,” which sold only 436,000 copies in its first week. Good for Lil Wayne, but we are still trying to get over the pants situation.

Michael Vick Scores $100 Million Deal With Philadelphia Eagles

One of the most controversial figures in , Michael Vick, has just scored a major 6-year deal with Philadelphia Eagles. The deal is worth $100 million with $40 million guaranteed. The contract designates a boggling comeback and will make Vick one of the highest paid players in NFL.

“I’m very happy we were able to reach an agreement with Michael on this long-term contract,” Eagles coach Andy Reid said. “It’s a product of all the hard work Michael has done to better himself over the last couple of years, both on and off the field.”

Being on top is nothing new for Vick, who was once a superstar with the Atlanta Falcons, but lost it all when he had to go to federal prison back in 2007 for illegal dog-fighting, which eventually led him to bankruptcy. Looks like everything is working out for him now. Congratulations!!
